Shipping Policy – Moor And Dale

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase. Our products ship from the UK and may arrive in separate parcels depending on fulfilment origin.

UK Delivery

  • Spirits and accessories are dispatched from our Derbyshire base via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent.

  • Merchandise (apparel, bags, etc.) is printed to order and shipped separately by our partner. Please allow additional processing time (typically 3–5 working days).

Shipping Costs

  • Free UK shipping is automatically applied to orders over £50.

  • For orders under £50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Local delivery or pickup may be available for select products (excluding apparel).

International Delivery

At present, we only ship to addresses within the UK. We’re working on expanding this — please check back soon or email us if you’re abroad and interested.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If your order contains both spirits and apparel, you may receive two tracking links.
