Returns Policy – Moor And Dale

We want you to be delighted with your order, but if something’s not right, here’s how to return it.

Returns Eligibility

• You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unopened (for spirits), and in original packaging.

• Apparel and merchandise fulfilled by our partners are printed to order, and therefore only returnable if damaged, faulty, or misprinted.

How to Return

1. Email us at orders@mooranddale.co with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.

3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
